Commercial Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Train all Solar Installers in all aspects of the job including safety requirements.
• Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI Co-workers, and Subcontractors;
• Analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutions;
• Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes;
• Check on progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed to plan;
• Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures;
• Ensure accuracy of your own and crew's time sheets

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

• Education: High school or equivalent
• Experience: 5+ years in a Forman position, 10+ years in electrical experience, 2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation – preferred
• Skills & Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age, Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test, Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall, Ability to lift 100 LBS or more, Successful Background Check, NAPCEP Certified – preferred, Must be able to lift 100 LBS or more, Statewide travel is required, Proficient in English, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adaptable to new technologies and web-based software systems
