Rack Industries is seeking a Commercial Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee electrical installations and repairs to commercial buildings.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software.

Skills

• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Good physical stamina for manual labor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $79,000 - $95,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
