Key responsibilities

• Formulate precise, compelling, and profitable bid offers
• Specialize in projects within the commercial and light industrial sectors

Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing ConEst and Bluebeam software
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis, communication, and attention to detail
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating commercial/industrial projects valued at $3 million or more
• Thorough knowledge of the electrical field, including materials, construction methods, and the National Electrical Code (N.E.C)
• Experience in successfully transferring awarded projects to operations teams and conducting buyouts when necessary (preferred)

Compensation

$90,000 - $125,000/year
