About the role

The Commercial Drywall General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction of drywall projects in the Atlanta area. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of drywall installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and progress of drywall projects
• Manage a team of installers and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in drywall installation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management software
