Commercial Development Manager
What You'll Do
- Develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, builders, general contractors and business owners
- Work existing customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in the region
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and local business functions
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution

Pay
Base Salary $45,000 - $65,000 per year with commission opportunity, On track Earnings $250,000

About the Role
A&M Home Services is hiring a Commercial Development Manager to drive business-to-business growth across our commercial services division.
