Commercial Design Lead
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
The posting starts: "As a Commercial Design Lead, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and driving the creative vision for projects while leading and mentoring multidisciplinary design teams. This individual will bring a strong understanding of innovative design principles balanced with pragmatic technical knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions that align with the needs of project stakeholders. The role will be responsible for elevating design outcomes and exceeding client expectations by guiding the team toward meaningful, intentional solutions. Ultimately, the Commercial Design Lead will help create design strategies that deliver value, support project goals, and achieve successful outcomes for clients."
That's a description; could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". Then "Essential Functions" with bullet-like sentences. Then "Firm-wide:" etc. Then "Market Sector", "Business Development", "Education And Experience", "Certifications/Licenses/Registrations", "Required Skills/Abilities", "Physical Requirements". Also "Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled" is boilerplate to remove.
We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro paragraph), "Responsibilities" (essential functions), "Qualifications" (education and experience, certifications), "Skills" (required skills/abilities), maybe "Physical Requirements" could be separate but not required heading list includes "Physical Requirements"? Not in list but we could still include if content present? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we can use other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings. Physical Requirements could go under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include physical requirements under a
within "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Since "Requirements" is a suggested heading, we can use that. We also have "Education And Experience" and "Certifications/Licenses/Registrations". Those could go under "Qualifications". "Required Skills/Abilities" under "Skills". "Physical Requirements" maybe under "Requirements". Also "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" not present, so omit. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Ability to travel to travel nationally for client meetings, business development, and team engagement" appears twice (once in Required Skills/Abilities and again in Physical Requirements). We should keep only one instance? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicated lines: we should keep them? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Also there is duplicate sentence: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail and goal oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily." appears earlier and later in Physical Requirements? Actually appears in Required Skills/Abilities: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail and goal oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily." Then later in Physical Requirements: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential function satisfactorily." Slight variation but similar. We'll keep one maybe. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's structure:
