Commercial Data & Reporting Manager
Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Own Snowflake operations across landing, staging, and EDW layers monitoring data pipelines, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving data quality checks across 90+ inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Lead Matillion ETL development, semantic model maintenance, schema refreshes, and enhancement delivery within a fixed-capacity model.
- Act as first point of escalation for incidents, managing ticket prioritization and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Persist with business stakeholders to deliver pre-approved change requests including business rule changes, KPI additions, and data model enhancements.
- Collaborate across Power BI reporting, MDM, and omnichannel workstreams to ensure seamless data integration and downstream alignment.
- Serve as the primary onshore lead driving day-to-day delivery, and engage directly with commercial business stakeholders and technology leadership in a pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise including data modeling, performance tuning, clustering, materialized views, and cost optimization across enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience in Informatica MDM SaaS tool with multiple deployment experience in Life Science domains.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $170,000.
