What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze business financial statements and create cash flow models to be utilized in support of new and existing commercial loans, renewal requests, and amendments.
- Aid in the preparation of credit evaluation memorandums, annual and quarterly reviews, and accurate and timely risk ratings.
- Assist in the ongoing management and monitoring of a commercial loan portfolio.
- Ensure that certain financial statements and compliance certificates are up-to-date.
- Evaluate financial statements and analyze third-party data to maintain in-depth knowledge of the soundness of borrowers and collateral.
- Prepare monthly Bank Board of Directors reports providing a summary of commercial relationships.
- May assist with overarching Corporate Banking projects.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate (written and oral).
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Strong ability to produce high quality work products independently and as part of a collegial team.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum required: No experience required; 1+ years of commercial credit analyst work or related experience preferred.

- Minimum Required: None
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
