Commercial Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support to teams across the organization, including Sales, Finance, People, Operations, Engineering, and other internal partners.
• Advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of commercial transactions, such as corporate investments, joint development initiatives, licensing arrangements, and related agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with key vendors, suppliers, partners, and customers-including support for international sales and localized versions of commercial agreements.
• Apply sound business judgment to evaluate legal risk while offering practical, business-focused guidance that aligns with company goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal practice, with at least one year of in-house experience.
• Solid understanding of commercial law and experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and licensing agreements with multinational organizations.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
