Commercial / Cost Manager

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Commercial / Cost Manager to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead change order review and evaluation processes
• Analyze and negotiate contractor claims to prevent unjustified costs
• Implement and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) processes
• Prepare cost reports and variance analyses for leadership and clients
• Support procurement and contract administration from a cost perspective
• Coordinate with project management for integrated cost and schedule performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in contract, budget, and cost management for industrial or infrastructure projects
• Team leadership experience in procurement and claims management
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise in change order evaluation, claims analysis, and Earned Value Management
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams including owners, contractors, and government stakeholders
• Fluent English speaker; Korean language skills are a plus

Pay

$112,200 – $196,400 annually
