Commercial/Contracts Attorney/Specialists/Administrator

Beacon Hill's client, a technology company, is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its legal team and is also open to considering experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant experience.Location: Remote (U.S.-based); candidates must be primarily available during Pacific Time business hoursStart: ASAPDuration: Initially 3 months, with the possibility of extending to 6 months or longer and potentially converting to a permanent positionHours: Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Please note, given the company's international offices, candidates must be comfortable monitoring communications during evenings and weekends and acknowledging messages within a reasonable timeframe. Time spent doing so would be billable. This does not require working around the clock, but responsiveness outside regular business hours is important.Pay: Based on experience, alignment with the responsibilities, and position: Attorneys: $80-$90/hourContracts Specialist: $50-$60/hourContracts Administrator: $40-$45/hourQualifications:Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdictionExperienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be consideredExperience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus Key Responsibilities:Primarily handle Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor and reseller agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and contract workflowsSupport both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreementsAssist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks, depending on experience and ability Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
