About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a local office. You will oversee the coordination of all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring that all documents are properly filed and accessible.Responsibilities

- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and/or experience with payroll processing is a plus.
