About the role

Manage all day-to-day field operations and project site activities.
Develop and proactively manage project schedules and look-ahead plans.
Lead and participate in pre-construction, progress, and coordination meetings.
Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, field reports, safety inspection reports, weekly progress reports, schedule updates, look-ahead schedules.
Cookordination and obtain required inspections.
Ensure compliance with contract documents and project specifications.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite.
Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
  • Strong experience managing ground-up and/or large commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.

Pay

Salary Type : Annual Salary
Salary Min : $ 80000
Salary Max : $ 200000
