Commercial Construction Project Manager - Corporate Interiors Job Description HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in high end corporate interiors and tenant improvement to lead sophisticated commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has experience delivering $3 million to $10 million projects and the leadership and organizational skills to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects. Depending on project size, complexity, and phase, this may include up to five active projects at a time. As the primary project leader, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to HITT’s standards for quality. This individual serves as a key liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal HITT teams.
