Commercial Construction Project Manager
Job Overview
Company: Progressive Builders Inc.
Salary/Pay Rate: $105,000-$112,000 per year plus Year-End Bonus.
Location: Onsite (Greenville, SC).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: Commercial Construction projects up to $10 Million.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record managing ground-up projects with budgets of $10 million or more.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints and managing multi-disciplinary construction teams.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Specialized experience in petroleum-based construction or industrial facility projects.
- Strong history of long-term employment and loyalty within the construction industry.
- Advanced technical proficiency with modern construction management software and tools.
- Familiarity with Sage Estimating, Sure Track, and Plan Swift, or similar software.
