About the Role
The Project Superintendent will lead commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to meet project milestones.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Cook up daily logistics and material deliveries to avoid production bottlenecks or project delays.
- Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
- Resolve technical field issues and conflicts through proactive problem-solving and clear communication.
- Document daily progress, site conditions, and manpower usage.
Requirements
- 5 years of Commercial GC construction experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience leading field operations for commercial construction projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record of managing subcontractors and maintaining strict project timelines.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site compliance.
- Proficiency with digital construction management tools and daily reporting software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to mentor junior field staff and lead by example.
