Job Overview

About the Role

The Project Superintendent will lead commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to meet project milestones.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Cook up daily logistics and material deliveries to avoid production bottlenecks or project delays.
  • Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Resolve technical field issues and conflicts through proactive problem-solving and clear communication.
  • Document daily progress, site conditions, and manpower usage.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Commercial GC construction experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated experience leading field operations for commercial construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Proven track record of managing subcontractors and maintaining strict project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site compliance.
  • Proficiency with digital construction management tools and daily reporting software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to mentor junior field staff and lead by example.
