Key Responsibilities
- Manage All Project Phases – Oversee construction from pre-construction to project closeout, ensuring top-quality results.
- Scheduling & Budget Control – Create and maintain project timelines, monitor costs, and keep projects within budget.
- Vendor & Permit Coordination – Negotiate contracts, obtain necessary permits, and secure licenses.
- Compliance & Safety – Verify that all professionals on-site follow building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Progress Tracking – Set milestones, monitor deliverables, and proactively address potential issues.
- Stakeholder Communication – Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates.
- Problem-Solving – Identify risks early and implement effective solutions to keep the project running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years of Construction Project Management Experience – A track record of on-time, on-budget project completions.
- Blueprint Mastery – Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Leadership Background – Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent is a plus.
- Certification Preferred – Project Management certification is ideal.
- Deep Construction Knowledge – Familiarity with current methods, building products, and local building codes.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Skilled at breaking large projects into manageable steps.
