Commercial Construction Loan Processor

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan documentation, compliance requirements, and construction loan disbursements are completed from loan setup through final funding.
• Work closely with borrowers, builders, and loan officers throughout every stage of the construction process.
• Manage builder finance, residential construction loans, lot loans, small business loans, and 1 to 4 family in-house rental properties.
• Review appraisals, credit reports, flood determinations, and maintain compliance with lending regulations.

Requirements

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with LaserPro preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID requirements preferred.
• Experience working in a Jack Henry environment a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction loan processing experience.
• Experience with residential construction loans, lot loans, small business loans, and 1 to 4 family in-house rental properties.
• Knowledge of TRID requirements.
• Experience working in a Jack Henry environment.

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
