You will serve as a vital field leader, managing daily site operations and driving the execution of high-profile commercial projects. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day completion of on-site tasks by directly leading your crew of laborers.
- Cookordinate trade contractors to ensure high-quality work that aligns with the project schedule.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential field problems.
- Execute self-performing capabilities, workforce planning, and accurate material quantification.
- Enforce project safety plans to foster a culture where safety is always the top priority.
- Train direct reports on processes and company standards to elevate overall team performance.
Requirements
- 5 plus years of commercial construction experience in a foreman or superintendent role.
- Proven experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued between $1M and $15M+.
- Deep knowledge of construction drawings, scheduling methods, and field cost control.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office for daily reporting and documentation.
- Experience operating Lifts, Lulls, and directing crane operations, and the associated safety protocol.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (preferred).
- Extensive hands-on experience with pre-engineered metal building systems (preferred).
- Strong background in managing complex field logistics and multi-trade coordination (preferred).
- Valid OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety certification (training available).

$35 to $47 per hour (Plus annual bonus potential)
