- Field Material, Subcontractor, Vendor & Equipment Buyout
- Formwork Selection & Buyout
- Safety Program Management
- Quality Control Program Management
- Crew & Labor Productivity Analysis
- Project Reporting (Cost, Fee, Safety, Quality, etc.)
- Personnel Training (PE & APM)
- Client Relationships
- Project Closeout Organization and Management
Requirements
- PREFERRED: 4-year degree in a construction or engineering field, OR a 4-year degree in an unrelated field with previous construction experience and/or a strong interest in construction.
- 2-3 years of Project Engineering Experience.
- 2-3 years of Assistant PM Experience.
