The Opportunity

You will serve as a foundational team member, executing critical physical tasks across high-stakes commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects. This role empowers you to master specialized trades through paid training while contributing directly to a rapidly growing company.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong commitment to safety practices and a proven ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
  • Physical capacity to lift heavy materials consistently and perform rigorous manual labor in diverse outdoor weather conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a dedicated, team-oriented approach to fast-paced field operations.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to various regional project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience within a commercial construction, masonry, or general manual labor environment.
  • Basic foundational knowledge of common construction hand tools, power equipment, and material handling techniques.
