Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial concrete crews on various Utah job sites
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and project specs to assign tasks and set daily priorities
- Enforce safety protocols and hold the crew accountable to best practices at all times
- Monitor work quality throughout each phase of the project to ensure all standards and specifications are met
- Keep thorough and accurate records of daily activities, crew hours, and project timelines
- Take part in scheduling and planning concrete pours and finishing operations alongside project leadership
- Step in quickly to resolve conflicts, logistics, or unexpected on-site challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on concrete experience, including at least 2 years leading a crew in a foreman or supervisory capacity
- Prominent leadership and communication skills at all levels
- Solid understanding of commercial concrete construction techniques, equipment, and safety requirements
- Physically able to work in demanding conditions and varying weather environments
- Comfortable reading and working from construction drawings and technical specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with dependable transportation to reach job sites
