Commercial Concrete Foreman
The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of high-stakes commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects. This role gives you the autonomy to manage field logistics and build a high-performing operations crew centered on shared organizational values.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage day-to-day concrete field operations to ensure all project activities align with precise specifications and aggressive timelines.
- Supervise, train, and mentor site personnel, fostering a collaborative culture rooted firmly in teamwork and high performance.
- Enforce rigorous quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to guarantee all concrete work meets strict industry standards.
- Champion site safety regulations by leading daily briefings and managing ongoing compliance to maintain a zero-injury environment.
- Develop, monitor, and communicate dynamic project schedules while coordinating with logistics teams to minimize operational delays.
- Oversee the procurement, delivery, and effective utilization of concrete materials and heavy machinery across active jobsites.
- Act as the primary field representative for client communications, addressing progress updates and resolving project lifecycle issues proactively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated leadership experience within commercial concrete construction operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex concrete projects simultaneously while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a documented track record of supervising, training, and motivating diverse field crews.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to various regional project assignments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years of direct experience specifically in a foreman, supervisor, or construction crew leader capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting structural blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to building field teams centered around service, teamwork, accountability, respect, and trust.
