Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence
- Engage with clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve delinquencies effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities and communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations governing collections to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Promised experience in commercial collections or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Proficiency in collection software and CRM systems is a plus
