City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking Janitorial Independent Contractors to partner with in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. As part of our network, you’ll help fulfill the janitorial and maintenance needs of our commercial clients while we handle sales, account management, and collections—allowing you to focus on the work and grow your business.
Requirements
- Valid business license (LLC or Inc)
- Active Worker’s Compensation Insurance policy
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
- Federal EIN number
- Verifiable references
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Favorable background investigation results
- Must not be a sole proprietor
