Commercial Cleaner - Part Time [s]

About the role

As a CBRE, GDS Commercial Cleaner, you will provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor, ensuring assigned spaces remain clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Stock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other designated areas.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment, including moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored in a safe, secure area.
• Complete standardized cleaning processes in accordance with company standards.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2 years of related job experience (required).

Working Conditions

Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs., and moving furniture.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Reliable and responsible; able to work independently or as part of a team.

The minimum pay rate for this position is $17.20.
