About the role

We have an open commercial cleaning position in Bay Village, a public building that requires daily care for floors, restrooms, consumables, and disinfection.

Requirements

• Must join SEIU Local 1 union as required by company contract.
• Availability for 6 hours weekly on Saturday & Sunday, 3‑hour shifts after 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings.
• Clean floors: dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects, spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms: restock dispensers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, clean toilets and urinals.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and order supplies from the office.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas, including clean and dirty laundry.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Utilize communication book to request consumables and share facility information.
• Communicate with Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.

Pay

$17.65 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time, 2nd shift on weekends: 6 hours total per week (Saturday & Sunday), 3‑hour shifts after 5:30 pm.
