Minimum Requirements

• must be 18 years or older
• must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• must pass a background check
• must be eligible to work in the United States
• must be able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• must have a working smartphone (used for scheduling & updates)

Key Responsibilities

• perform residential cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, and polishing
• clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to company standards
• follow detailed instructions on special client requests
• handle cleaning supplies safely and use proper equipment (training provided)
• notify supervisor of any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns
• maintain a respectful and professional attitude in client homes
• track time and appointments accurately

Physical Requirements

• ability to stand, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods
• must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• comfortable working around cleaning agents (protective gloves provided)

Preferred But Not Required

• previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
• bilingual (English/Spanish)
• familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products
