Commercial Cleaner - Full or Part Time - 1st or 2nd Shift Essential Duties And Responsibilities Utilize the customer’s site specific scope to perform all tasks to the quality standards of Oso Clean. Common tasks may include:Garbage collection and removalDusting high and low surfaces, and horizontal surfaces within reachFull cleaning and spot cleaning walls, light switches and doorsCleaning and disinfecting fixtures and surfaces in restrooms and kitchensReplenishing consumable supplies in restrooms and kitchensVacuuming upholstered furniture, carpets and walk off matsSweeping and dust mopping hard surface floorsDamp mop and wet mopping hard surface floorsIdentify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to the client / Oso Clean supervisor in the specified mannerArrive to work at the scheduled time, perform services to established standards and ensure the facility is locked and secured when you finish and leaveHandle special requests from customers as appropriate and note handling to Oso Clean supervisorComply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented - pays attention to details at each job location including monthly tasksFriendly and professional - able to deal with customers when they are present while work is being performedTeam player - ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get the job doneSelf starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do soDesire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilitiesReasoning ability.
