Commercial Cleaner

Position Overview

Job Title: Evening Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Team Member
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Shift: Evening

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing paper products and soap
• Vacuuming carpets and sweeping or mopping hard surface floors
• Dusting desks, furniture, and other facility surfaces
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Disinfecting high-contact areas throughout the building
• Using cleaning equipment and supplies according to company standards
• Completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have dependable transportation
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Be capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing routine physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, housekeeping, facilities maintenance, or office cleaning is helpful but not required
