About the role

AD Mortgage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the office. AD Mortgage is a broker‑voted Top 5 U.S. wholesale lender and a recognized top Non‑QM lender with 20 years in the industry, offering a full range of loan programs including DSCR, Bank Statement, FHA, and Conventional loans.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, common areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Disinfect high-touch areas and shared equipment.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages.
• Perform deep-cleaning and facility maintenance tasks.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional workplace environment.

Location and Schedule

This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in Troy, MI. Employees typically work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexible scheduling options are available, including 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing team members to choose a schedule that best fits their needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
