Commercial CCTV Installation Technician

About the role
We are seeking a Commercial CCTV Installation Technician to join our National Accounts team. The CCTV Install Tech will be responsible for pulling, terminating, and testing different types of cable, as well as installing various types of pathway support structures and camera equipment. We seek self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable technicians who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done and are eager to learn and grow in the low-voltage electrical trade.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pull, label, terminate, and test category (cat5e, cat6) cable.
- Install various types of pathway support structures (J-hooks, cable tray, and support rings).
- Read schematics and identify cable pathways.
- Coordinate with the project manager and maintain open communication on project progress via daily logs, emails, phone calls, etc.
- Work independently without direct supervision.
- Safely use various types of man lifts, hand/power tools, and work from ladders, scaffolds, or at heights above 25 feet.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing I.C.E. Contractors, Inc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial installation experience.
- Driver’s license and clean driving record for the last 3 years.
- March/Verint installation experience preferred.
- IP camera installation experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Schedule
Variable shift with work locations across the Central and Southeastern United States.
