Valbridge Property Advisors | Inland Pacific Northwest has an immediate opening for an Appraisal Analyst/Appraiser Trainee in our Spokane Valley office. The Appraisal Analyst/Appraiser Trainee position provides an excellent opportunity for experience and potential advancement within the commercial appraisal industry.
Job Brief
The Appraisal Analyst/Appraiser Trainee has a unique opportunity to learn on the job and to develop relationships with local real estate professionals as they work toward developing their appraisal career. Applicants must be detail oriented, analytical, and extremely organized. The position requires excellent communication skills, above-average math and writing skills, a professional demeanor, good telephone etiquette, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills are a must. This position is full-time and does not require an appraiser’s license; however, a trainee license is preferred. The right candidate will be highly motivated to succeed in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal field.

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, research, and communication skills
- Above average math and writing skills
- Strong computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Suite products
- Willingness to learn proprietary software platforms
- Professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License – preferred but not required
