The Commercial and Technology Agreements (CAT) Practice Group at our law firm is looking for a talented attorney to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various contractual arrangements throughout the business lifecycle
- Take on the work of contract drafting, review, and/or negotiation
- Work with sophisticated clients across the country and various industries
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CAT
- Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing, and negotiating a variety of vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements
- Effective communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska
- Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and SaaS agreements
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Related experience in privacy, data security, and intellectual property is a plus
Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
