About the role

The Commercial and Technology Agreements (CAT) Practice Group at our law firm is looking for a talented attorney to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with various contractual arrangements throughout the business lifecycle
  • Take on the work of contract drafting, review, and/or negotiation
  • Work with sophisticated clients across the country and various industries

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CAT
  • Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing, and negotiating a variety of vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements
  • Effective communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska
  • Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and SaaS agreements
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials
  • Related experience in privacy, data security, and intellectual property is a plus

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska
