About the role

This position is for a self-motivated, sales-driven professional who will build strong customer relationships, deliver Commercial/Agricultural Banking services, and provide quality products and exceptional service to our expanding customer base. Responsibilities include business development, servicing loan and general banking needs of business customers, and ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide Commercial/Agricultural Banking services to customers
• Conduct business development activities
• Service loan and general banking needs of business customers
• Ensure compliance with existing operating policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proficient interpersonal, communicative, and sales skills
• Thorough knowledge of loan products and services, Governmental Guarantee programs, and current lending regulations
• Comprehensive knowledge of operating policies and procedures impacting loan services
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study (preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years of Commercial Lending experience (preferred)

Pay

$80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.
