Commercial Advisor
DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is seeking a highly-motivated, career-oriented Commercial Advisor to join the Business Services Team, which currently services approximately 5,500 business members. This role focuses on building positive and long-lasting commercial banking relationships with existing and prospective business owners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships.
- Assess financial information for commercial loan requests.
- Prepare annual reviews of existing loans.
- Coordinate loan closings.
- Communicate and execute sales and service techniques.
- Generate new business by professionally presenting business-related solutions, products, and services.
- Maintain a portfolio including complex commercial relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in commercial lending is preferred.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
- Attention to detail allowing you to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, legal documents, and regulations.

Pay
Competitive base salary range of $84,111.72 to $100,000.00 plus a quarterly incentive plan. Starting salary placement in the range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
