What You’ll Do

  • Collect, verify, and match data with high accuracy
  • Maintain accurate client and billing records
  • Organize and manage office systems and documentation
  • Track budgets, expenses, and site inventory
  • File invoices and administrative paperwork daily
  • Input and manage data in Excel and internal systems
  • Assist with purchasing documentation and update purchase orders
  • Support inventory management processes
  • Verify data against source documents
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, basic formulas)
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and administrative processes
  • Comfortable working with office systems and equipment
  • High school diploma or GED required
