Responsibilities
- Manage a commercial lines book of business and assist two producers with their accounts.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
- Manage the commercial book by ordering and reviewing renewals for accuracy, re-marketing policies, and marketing new business with contracted carriers and brokerages.
- Generate proposals for new business and renewals, issue certificates and evidences, report losses, and follow up with clients.
- Document electronic files completely and thoroughly, utilize agency’s latest technology to perform tasks, invoice policies when necessary, and review and process audits.
- Experience in all aspects of servicing commercial accounts (billing, endorsements, certificates, etc.) as well as marketing both new business and renewals.
Requirements
- Three years of Commercial Insurance experience in both sales and servicing of commercial accounts.
- P&C Insurance License preferred, but not required.
