Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to understand their fleet needs and goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance teams to provide comprehensive solutions for commercial clients.
  • Stay up to date on Ford Pro products, services, and industry trends to effectively position the portfolio to customers.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to commercial customers to build long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and relationship building.
  • Ability to understand and present technical vehicle specifications and commercial solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed within the region.
