TNT Services is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for the Cincinnati, Ohio market. This role involves selling power washing services to property management businesses, including commercial buildings, parking garages, stadiums, and concrete surfaces.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with property managers for commercial properties, condos, and apartment complexes.
  • Experience working for or with companies that supply services to commercial properties such as landscaping, elevator companies, disaster cleanup, office cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, and electric.
  • Membership in relevant networking groups such as BOMA, IFMA, GNKCAA, and CAA.
  • A consultative selling style, capable of asking questions, listening, and finding the right solutions.
  • A high emotional intelligence, able to read people, adjust tone, and build trust quickly.
  • A resilient and consistent mindset, maintaining a positive and disciplined attitude to follow up consistently.
  • An ownership mindset, treating customers as if they are your own.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, people-heavy environment, where service sales can change frequently and strong relationships are crucial to success.

TNT Services is a company founded in 1989, specializing in pressure washing for light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. They have also expanded their services to include semi-truck and bus body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. The company has grown significantly over the past fifteen years, doubling in size in the last three years. They currently operate in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, Michigan, and Columbus.
