About the role
The Data Foundation Account Executive plays a crucial role in architecting the Data Foundation that makes autonomous agents possible. This role requires a combination of technical sales skills and a deep understanding of enterprise data management and integration.
Responsibilities
- Owns both MuleSoft and Informatica as part of the Data Foundation portfolio.
- Leads discovery sessions with CIOs and Data Architects to identify fragmented systems and data quality issues.
- Orchestrates the ecosystem by commercially engaging with both MuleSoft and Informatica, while partnering with technical specialists to solve complex data gravity problems.
- Identifies high-value use cases across both products and demonstrates how MuleSoft's integration layer and Informatica's data management capabilities can automate workflows and prepare the enterprise for an autonomous future.
- Translates technical connectivity and data management capabilities into high-level business ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in technical platform sales.
- Proven track record selling complex, technical solutions to C-suite executives, particularly CIOs and CTOs.
- Executive-level business acumen to translate technical capabilities into board-level business outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating and leading in a heavily matrixed environment, aligning internal stakeholders and mobilizing extended teams.
- Experience as the commercial quarterback in a team-selling model, coordinating technical specialists, solution engineers, and partner resources to deliver as one unified solution.
- A natural curiosity about the evolving AI and agentic landscape, staying close to where enterprise AI is heading and connecting data and integration strategy to real-world AI outcomes.
- Familiarity with the integration and API market landscape, including key trends, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $62,250 - $189,350 annually. Specific ranges for certain work locations are provided upon request.
