About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
