Commerce Strategy Senior Manager
About the role
Across industries, commerce has become one of the most important channels for growth, customer engagement, and margin performance - not simply a transactional endpoint, but a strategic lever that shapes how customers experience a brand and how a business competes. Where organizations are rethinking the role commerce should play in their broader channel mix and how they acquire, convert, and retain customers as a result, they look to Deloitte's Commerce practice. Our team helps clients define the role of commerce as a channel within their broader growth strategy, build the value narrative and business case for where to invest, and shape the experiences, capabilities, and operating model needed to deliver on that strategy. We bring together strategic rigor, design depth, commercial judgment, and implementation expertise to help clients translate ambition into measurable business outcomes. The Commerce Strategy Senior Manager is a client-facing consulting leader responsible for balancing oversight and expert guidance across multiple high-impact commerce strategy engagements while driving pipeline and business development activities for clients across industries. This role combines deep commerce strategy expertise with consulting leadership and the credibility to serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, connecting commerce decisions to the broader commercial strategy - including customer experience, pricing, and growth strategy - and shaping the value narrative that guides how organizations prioritize and invest in commerce as a channel. Recruiting for this role ends on November 30, 2026.
