Responsibilities

  • Build, drive, and optimize Amazon and Retail Media (Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.) search marketing campaigns to meet and exceed client goals, measured by performance metrics like conversion rates and ROI.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication (virtual, asynchronous, and in-person) to achieve a Client Satisfaction score of 9+ and Client Retention of 95%+.
  • Develop sophisticated omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals, ensuring sustainable growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms.
  • Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into channel activations, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency, measured by key client metrics.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Tinuiti’s product app suite by utilizing tools in day-to-day work, providing feedback, and leveraging them for client communications.
  • Analyze cross-channel data and insights to interpret trends and make strategic recommendations aligned with clients’ KPIs.
  • Achieve Same Store Growth targets for managed clients using data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms and educate clients/internal teams on updates and benefits.
  • Maintain annual certifications for commerce media platforms applicable to your book of business.
  • Exemplify innovative thought leadership within your vertical/channel and contribute to agency best practices.
  • Collaborate with other channel specialists to share knowledge and foster a multi-channel approach to client strategies.
  • Delegate tasks effectively across commerce team members to execute strategies.
  • Proactively assess and diagnose omnichannel opportunities for improvement to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new strategies and tools.
  • Prioritize and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts by proactively managing day-to-day operations, quality-checking deliverables, and monitoring performance.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $100k+.
  • Experience with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, etc. (preferred).
  • Experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, and Helium10 (preferred).

Pay

The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, market parity, and alignment with market data.
