About the role
Tinuiti is seeking a Commerce Media Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role supports the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem, leveraging expertise to drive client success.
Responsibilities
Campaign Optimization: Build, drive, and optimize successful commerce marketing campaigns within your specialty and channel, focusing on platforms like Walmart, Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Costco, and Instacart to meet and exceed client goals.
Client Relationships: Foster rapport with clients through regular interactions, striving for a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95% or above.
Data & Measurement: Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and support optimization efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Channel Specific Expertise & The Tinuiti Way: Proactively assess and diagnose opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets for your clients.
Owner Mindset: Effectively prioritize and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in commerce media roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $70k+.
Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, Ulta Beauty, Sephora, etc., preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as Skai, Pacvue, and Analytic Index preferred.

Pay
The hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
