Comfort Consultant & Salesperson

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Maintain and exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and market trends.
• Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience, particularly in HVAC or related industries, is preferred.
• A strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• A customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
