Role Description
As a Business Analytics Co-op supporting operational analytics within the Finance organization, you will contribute to key initiatives focused on data accuracy, revenue assurance, and seamless customer transformation across platforms. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Operating at the intersection of technology and business, the Business Analytics Co-op will help ensure data, systems, and processes align with business objectives, operational needs, and customer experience expectations. You will support analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts that drive operational efficiency and inform decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across Sales, Fulfillment, and Billing
- Assist in customer transformation activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Support development and delivery of periodic reports and KPI dashboards to monitor system health and performance
- Conduct investigative analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements that align with business objectives
- Support preparation of insights and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Document processes, findings, and business rules to support ongoing improvements and governance
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau experience is a plus but opportunity to learn on the job
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business context
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting data driven analysis
- Able to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities and prioritize based off direction
Minimum Qualifications And Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Salary Base Pay: $23.00
