As a Pipe Welder you will join a team of employee‑owners equipped with innovative technology and optimized procedures, helping customers in oil, gas, chemical, food, agriculture, power, and manufacturing industries improve safety, productivity, and cost‑efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding of metal parts—including pipe and metal plates—according to layout, blueprints, work orders, welding procedures, or oral instructions using heat or electric arc‑welding equipment.
• Weld 2" schedule 10 GTAW and 2" heavy‑wall carbon steel GTAW.
• Weld structure and pipe using FCAW and TIG on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Complete weld testing and X‑ray welds using GTAW and SMAW processes.
• Perform full‑penetration welds with SMAW and flux‑core welding applications.
• Unite pipes from torch to tanks of oxygen and fuel gas and operate valves to release the mixture.
• Inspect work pieces for weaknesses and measure them with straightedge or template to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment in accordance with all safety regulations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied‑air respirators, safety harness, sand‑blast hoods, fire‑resistant coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs, and safety glasses.
• Perform duties while maintaining full range of mobility—reaching overhead, stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, working at heights, and balancing for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement.
• 3–5 years of Journeyman‑level industrial pipe‑welding experience.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company does not sponsor employment visas.
