Combination Welders – TIG / 6G Pipe

About the role

Bengal Crane & Rigging is hiring 4 experienced Combination Welders for the Linde Beaumont Helium project in Beaumont, Texas. The team values safety, supports growth, and gets the job done right. This is a full‑time temporary position with an expected duration of approximately one month. Openings: 4. Onboarding must be completed by September 21, 2026, with onsite orientation and start date on September 22, 2026 in Beaumont.

Responsibilities

• Weld pipe and metal components to fabricate or repair industrial equipment and assemblies according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to determine welding and fabrication requirements.
• Position, align, and clamp components before welding.
• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding and other assigned welding or brazing processes within applicable qualifications and project procedures.
• Perform preparation and finishing tasks, including thermal cutting and grinding.
• Repair broken or cracked components, fill holes, and build up worn metal surfaces as assigned.
• Inspect completed work for quality and conformance to project requirements.
• Follow company and customer safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Complete required employer and project welding performance tests.

Requirements

• Relevant combination welding experience, including TIG pipe welding in the 6G position.
• Ability to follow welding procedures, blueprints, and work instructions.
