About the role

We are looking for an all-round machinist to join our team due to a strong increase in mowing and maintenance assignments. You will perform diverse tasks in green management and groundwork, working alternately with modern tractors and excavators (including electric Hooby, Mecalac, Hyundai, JCB) across various projects in Noord-Brabant and surrounding provinces.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing and maintenance work along roads, dikes, and public green spaces.
• Ensure high-quality work and a safe, tidy workplace.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Read digital maps and work instructions via tablet.
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery and report malfunctions.
• Represent the company professionally toward clients and residents.
• Contribute ideas for efficient work execution.

Requirements

• MBO (vocational) work and thinking level.
• Driver’s licenses B(E), T, and CE.
• Motivated and flexible attitude.
• Sense of responsibility (ability to work independently, deliver quality, and ensure safety).
